We support our clients as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation of their HR organization – from process consulting to system integration. On this foundation we are building our AI agent practice, because: “What your best consultant knows, your software can now do.” We develop LLM-based agents, RAG architectures, MCP integrations, and automation workflows that pick up where classic SAP integration ends – at system boundaries and within our clients’ knowledge processes.
Your Role
We are looking for you as an AI Engineer with SAP context: your profile is primarily engineering – building production-ready agents – combined with a solid understanding of SAP system landscapes on-premise and in the cloud, enabling you to quickly grasp our clients’ processes, data models, and interfaces. HR knowledge is a strong plus – ideally you bring both.
You own agent solutions end-to-end: from discovery workshop through architecture and implementation to productive operation at the client. Along the way, you act as a technical sparring partner for client IT and HR stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, development, and operation of AI agents (LLM APIs, tool use, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases).
- MCP as the foundation of your work: connecting and developing MCP servers, designing tools, and mastering context and permission architecture.
- Automation and integration workflows, connecting SAP and third-party systems (OData, REST, events, messaging).
- Evaluation and safeguarding: prompt/agent evals, guardrails, logging, data protection and compliance requirements (GDPR, HR data).
- Building reusable assets: templates, reference architectures, and technical specifications.
- Close collaboration with our SAP consulting teams; translating business requirements into agent designs.
Your Profile
- Demonstrable experience building LLM-based applications or agents – at least at prototyping level.
- Solid software engineering and programming skills: API design, data modeling, testing, deployment.
- Understanding of enterprise integration (interfaces, authentication and authorization, common data formats, error handling).
- Business-fluent German, fluent English.
- Consulting mindset, client orientation, and a hands-on mentality.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SAP technologies (ERP/HCM, SuccessFactors, BTP, Integration Suite, IAS/IPS); ABAP programming skills a plus.
- HR process knowledge (HCM Core/PA/OM, payroll, time management, compensation).
